LOL!! I'm the same way. I LOVE the satisfaction of when it's done, I can smile and say, "I did that." I do everything pretty meticulously and I know it's done as good as it could be, no cutting corners or rushing through things. Oh and there's that bit of coinage I save too.

Bummer that it was seized up like that. Good news you got it back together. I hope you cleaned out all the insides of the parts the axle went through too. I use an adjustable jack when I pull and install the rear axle. That way I can easily move the wheel up and down.
