Default Lost comm w/module DTC's after turning handlebars full right

2020 SGS
I have been getting DTC's on my bike for the last few weeks
With the bike off the ground and the front fairing off for a 'look see'.
I notice when i turn my bars fully right (doesn't happen going left), i get a load of DTC's
ECM; U0141h, U0142h, U0156h
BCN; B2274h, U0141h, U0142h, U0156h, U0184h, U0198h
SPDO; U0121h, U0140h, U0100h and U0001h
ABS; ; U0142h, U0141h, U0156h
RAD; U0140h
Also, sometimes when switching the ignition on, the BOOM Box, and Gauges do not come on. The Lights however do, but for example when the indicators or hazards is pressed on the hand controls the lights do not respond.
Came across an informative web page https://www.wilkinsharley.com/--Chec...rley-Davidsons which list the solutions so i can identify what each DTC means.
Finally, when going through the Diagnostics, at the end of each category there is a ‘PN’ shown. This ‘PN’ correctly cross refers to the Parts Catalog for the BCM, SPDO (instrument Module) and BOOM Radio. It does NOT cross refer to the Parts Catalog for the ECM and ABS Module

But just wondering if anybody else has had this issue, especially with a full right turn of the bars.

Check for a harness/connector(s) that may be getting pulled on, or moving too much, when you turn your bars that way. Talking about in front of the tank on either side, see what's getting pulled on. I'd unplug visually check any that you find, plug them back in, and try to get a little slack in the area... and see if it clears up.

Done any work on it lately (changed bars, hand controls, etc)?

Yeah, i am checking every connection i see with the guide out of the service manual. Sometimes, not consistently though, with the bars still, i can get the DTC generated by moving what i think is the two cables (behind 13 and 12 on the figure below) from the hand controls.

Every one of those codes is historical. Clear them and see which ones come back.

Have you done any work on the bike like bars or anything else involving wiring?

Hey rossWG. Did you ever find out what the problem was? My 2020 Street Glide started doing the same thing this weekend. Mine does it when I am turning a hard left. Your diagram you put up looks like the same harness I wiggle and makes it act up. I took that harness apart and didnt see anything and then I made it worse, so I know it's in that specific harness. Did you get a new harness or what did you end up finding out. This is the only forum I have found that duplicates the trouble I am having! Thanks for your time!
