But limiting fuel and/or spark will not affect (reduce) the over-revving from a downshift...

Good idea. Now that I only ride in shorts, I don't have to worry about my pants covering up the straps.

Agreed.

For whatever reason, it seems like he downshifts right to redline, and sometimes over it. He does it in a couple of videos.
