HD ultra CVO 2017 reduce power
Hi every one
I am having an issue with my Bike, HD ultra CVO 2017, power is reduced with no engine light indication,
so I had the famous problem with oil sumping and order a new oil pump and replaced it, ( oil pump for the newer models )
but what happens next, is that at some times the bike performs very well and has normal torque and power on it, but sometimes the engine while on the gear in Neutral, the rpm won't pass 4000 revs, and if I ride the bike for a short distance, the engine will be back to normal power,
anyone had this issue, do you think it still related to the sumping issue

Hi Ken,
I have checked the codes, and nothing out of ordinary, but to double check, I will post the codes later to review, however, the engine felt when this issue happened that it is ruining only with one cylinder, for some reason I suspect that the temperature management system kicks in for some reason, even though it should not,
