I have a 2012 Screaming Eagle cvo ultra classic. Sometimes after I stop for a minute or two, I take off and my bike misfires as I am accelerating. It jerks and pops supper bad. As I keep going it comes out of it. Maybe withing a quarter mile? And (after it is warm) when I hit a bump it misfires. It doesn't do it when it is cold. Replaced Crank positioning sensor twice. New spark plug wires. That is the only code that has ever came up. No other code. This is driving me nuts!! Any Ideas? I have checked the grounds as best I could. Please HELLLLLP!!! Thank you.
I keep telling myself that it acts like a coil problem. Sounds like that would be a good thing to check. I've always believed a coil either worked or it did'nt?

I had the connection between the spark plug wire and the coil get corroded on my 09 Ultra and the rear cylinder would start misfiring when it got hot. Replaced the coil and plug wires to fix it.

Some electrical components like the coil can start with intermittent problems when hot, before they totally fail....
Mine does the same thing when hot. When you hit a bump, you automatically give it gas. Mine is doing the same thing. I think it is spark plugs, but I'm waiting for suggestions.

have you checked for leaks at the intake.
i suspect that code was set because of the misfire.
I’ve had the code PO374 which is related to the CPS and I found out it was the TMAP sensor wiring at the plug. I verified this by the wiggle test, after I spliced in a new plug bought on eBay it solved that problem which was intermittent cutting out like you describe. What is the code? I assume it was the ground wire at the plug on the TMAP.
Not sure if this will help just throwing my real world experience out there on a similar year bike.
