Default Can anyone identify this seat?

I found the perfect seat for my project but I am curious as to what bike it came off off. It fits Touring model 2009 and up. There are no identifying numbers but it is a Harley seat. I was thinking it came off a CVO model. I cant even come close to a match with a factory bike.

Low profile touring seat.

Supposed to fit 2008-1016

They stamped low profile on many pans. it is just a basic seat from a R G or Street Glide. But not standard on the Limited or Ultra.

It is not a CVO seat.

Pretty common for people to take them off a toss them.

That is the original seat from a 2008 or 2009 Roadglide. The last years of the standard ride height. In 2010 Harley dropped the rear and basically turned the Roadglide into a fixed-fairing Streetglide and they shared the same seat from that time until today. I have that same seat on both of my bikes Ultra Classic and Roadking. For a stock seat it is VERY comfortable and Harley ran a version of this seat on the Roadglide models prior to 2008 with the smaller 5gal fuel tank as well. Looks can be subjective but I happen to think it's a good looking seat and as mentioned extremely comfortable. It is a far better seat for all day riding than the sportier Streetglide style seat that came standard on 2010 and later Roadglide models and it is a hard to find seat at swap meets and such for just that reason.

I;ve got a new take off seat just like that. It is a very comfortable seat. Its off a 2008 Road Glide. I bought a spare for my 2008 Road Glide and sold the bike but still have the seat. Mine was made in 1-08 not 10-08 like that 1 in your picture but its the same seat. If I remember correctly it fits on a 2009 and up but its a bit narrow for the new frame of the 2009.

Had an '08 RoadGlide with that seat. I like the way the current StreetGlide seat fits me better as a rider, but for passenger comfort that old '08 RoadGlide seat was really great and looked good too. My Wife (RIP) did 750 mile days on it with nothing but a removable sissybar/backrest behind her.
