First I'll say that I've never personally owned them, so take it as you will.
But I know a handful of people that have went from Legends to something else and have been happier. I also know a few people who have had premature leaks (covered under warranty, but still a hassle) and even some shocks snapping in half (again, warrantied.)....they're DEFINITELY way better than stock. If they were a bit cheaper I'd put them in contention, but when they cost the same (or sometimes even more) than brands like ohlins, racetech, RWD, proaction, etc....I don't see a reason to go that way.
Again, just my opinion. YMMW

Were all entitled to our opins, i was just curious. On the other hand of having owned and ridden on 3 bikes putti g on over 65k miles. Ive never had an issue. I just happen to be talki g to my mechanic. Leaks yes, he mentioned they all could leak even oem but hes never seen a snap in scores of installs.

I've had Revo-A's on my 2017 UL since 2020. I ride about 15k/yr; a little more than avg and I have had to send them back twice for leaks. I think I have about 40k on them now (93k on the bike). They certainly ride better than stock (wife def agrees) and Legends treats me well and gets them fixed and sent back in short order but yes, it is a hassle. I held onto my stock shocks so that I can still ride while the Revos are getting fixed. I have never had anything other than stock and the Legends, so I cannot speak for the quality/performance of other brands but I am considering others; I think it's a roll of the dice of what to get to a large degree. I think most , if not all, of the major brands are good and it comes down to everyone is different and who can say what you or I will prefer until we actually bite the bullet, spend the money on whatever you decide, and then ride it and hope you hit the target.

I do like the adjustability of the Legends and if I get anything else, they will have to be easily adjusted also (Super Shox comes to mind as a possibility).
I noted also that the OP has already bought Legends . I think he will like them and hopefully he will be spared from defects (which I would imagine are pretty uncommon).

I owned suspension technologies and I thought they worked well. The fork cartridges are outstanding. The harder you push them the better they get.I’m shopping for suspension right now and I think I’m going to what I know works.I’ve also owned Pro action and that’s another great product.I would look at the warranty of what you intend to purchase.Suspension technologies has a great warranty and seems easy to deal with. Both Mike from technology suspension and George from Pro action answer the phone when you call. I like that .

I have no experience with ST. I do have the RevoAs 13" on the rear and Axeos in the front. Could not be happier.

What brand?
And what did you do with the 12s?
