It does look pretty rough in the pic, and I'll take a closer look at it. The clamping surface is 90° from that hole, on the outside of the casing. I did make sure that the starters were seating fully on that face, and I haven't experienced any leaks from the o-ring that goes into that hole but it's worth investigating further.

On a side note, I installed a Muller clutch slave cylinder a while back (great upgrade) and the inner surface that the seal rides on had a lot of machining ridges all the way up the bore. I was fully expecting to have issues with sealing but it's been fine. Amazing what imperfections a seal can overcome.

Some people love it, you get a week off a month where I work. But if you specific time off it will cost 12 hours a day rather than 8. Myself, I found those 12 hour days were useless at home, so I didn't fell it was really a gain. Plus I hate midnights. We also had a quick turn around from nights to days once a month that sucked.

Again I am not sure I would even do 4 days, probably. But would.
