My new Clearview windshield arrived yesterday!
Just gotta take hardware off old one and put it on the new one.....and off we go!
Never had a windshield before......I love it!
Also bought my first full face helmet after rockin' halfs for 43 years......love that too!
MAN!.......Getting that Road King has REALLY brought a lot of changes to my bike life!!!
You're like a kid at Christmas. I'm glad you've been finding so much enjoyment recently.
Hahaha.......I KNOW!!!
It's that obvious huh?
Yeah........the RK has REALLY given new life to my bike life!
It's just such a totally different experience in every way from my 81shovelhead!
Kinda like that new girlfriend feeling.......only THIS one I'll hang on to!
I have the Clearview on my '13 King. Great windshield and no distortions. FYI, when you change out the hardware, keep everything loose. Tighten things down after you have it on the bike.

Tx for the tip.....I wouldn't have thought of that!
And once you mount the windshield be ready to start on another quest - to eliminate wind buffeting
I was just reading about that on another thread.
I've been using the 20" shield that came with the bike and can't say that I noticed anything like head/windp buffettng. Maybe I did and just thought it was normal.
I'll pay more attention with the new one.

You'll know it if you have it. If you don't have it, you're good, and just enjoy yourself. The FF helmet helps a lot too.
