Has the OP considered contacting the manufacture of the head unit. When people tried to update the GPS they were told to "see the manufacturer". Just a thought.

Actually that's a great idea. Maybe they offer a screen replacement service.
Hmmmm. First I have heard of this. Do you have a factual reference from a H-D Service Manual or is it just hearsay?
You have to bleed the system of air if you loose coolant, just like any other wet system but first I have heard that HD has to "pressurize" the system.
Many times hearsay is just BS.
NOTE:
The above information, while credible, is worth what you paid for it and should not be considered gospel.
Do due diligence, research and have a H-D Field Service Manual before working on your bike.
You will probably have many opinions and suggestions presented; make sure you research the person providing the helpful information as there are some who provide good information and some who speak out of other orifices with gibberish. You will figure out this quickly.
I was going to get the Street Glide CVO. But when I asked about the cooling system the dealer and the mechanic both stated that it was a seal system and in order to service it it had to be brought in. So I said "What if I need to add fluid for some reason?" They both said I had to bring it in. I then asked "What happens if the system fails would I be able to ride it into the dealer seeing the original motors are air cooled?" They both said "Nope that would void the warranty." At that point I went with the Street Glide Special.
Looks like the key is involved. That must be the tool?
That brass peace in the center of the cap is where they pressurize the system after the cap is on. That's what my dealer told me. When I was looking at it.
So you don't see the 1.4 bar on the cap. Yeah next time put your glasses on. The system has to be pressurized after being filed, bled and cap put back on. If you can do that with a glove you should get a job at HD.
I wouldn't think that someone has to pressurize the system, the coolant is going to pressurize itself as it heats, the deal in the center my guess is to release pressure if it gets to high from overheating which isn't a real good spot to do it in right next to your leg
1.4 bar = 20 psi, most automotive cooling systems run 14-16 psi so 20 psi is not out of line, the main reason the pressurize a cooling system is to raise the boiling point at 1.4 bar the boiling point of water is about 228f, I think your dealer is full of it! but I could be wrong!
