MOTOR NOISE ! ! ! ! HELP

I need help my 04 EGC has a lot of rocker noise coming from the rear cylinder when it gets warm, it is perfectly quiet when cold and the front cylinder makes no noise at all, so far I have changed lifters, push rods and the rocker base assy. and have gained nothing, all that is left is the cam and rockers ? ? ? ? When it gets warm you can easily hear it knocking and thrashing in the rear rocker box. If anybody has any ideas please give me a hint.

Are you positively sure the pushrods are properly adjusted???

They are not adjustable they are the stockers ? ? ?

Did you shim the rockers?

What is the procedure ? I have not seen it in the shop manual

The dealership has to replace the head on my rear cyclinder. After it got hot it would start to "tick". It was a valve guide. It wouldn't move til the engine got up to operating temp.
