just leave it on the charger longer. If that still doesn't work, take the battery to the dealer, it's covered under warrenty. Mine was. I drainied it twice, after that it wouldn't hold a charge.
Currently finishing the charge at 2amp. The manual that was with the new charger I just bought has an 8 and 12amp option, however staes not to charge a motorcycle battery at 8 or 12 amps. Why?
