CarPlay and cardo issue

I’m the owner of RG cvo ST 2024
I’m using Harley branded Cardo packtalk edge
what is the problem
first Is I cannot activate wireless CarPlay ( Cardo and the bike have latest software )
and the main problem - I have terrible quality of the voice transmission
I connect headset to bike and phone to bike
first is thought that is Cardo problem
but when is use it without bike connection it work just fine
maybe someone has same problems ?

I just got a 25 RG and was having the same problem. If I remove the Cardo from the phone and only connect to the bike it works fine.

I do connect cardo to bike and the phone to bike
Are you doing the same way?
I was told from Cardo that Cardo work not so good with CarPlay

I don't get it
If I remove the Cardo from the phone and only connect to the bike it works fine.

I can’t explain it, I only know it works and works consistently. Sometimes I can get it to work having everything synced together but it doesn’t last long,

Have you adjusted the CarPlay settings in the iPhone? That worked for me,

Voice transmission sounds like I am talking in a full face helmet, because I am. Someone said it sounded like Darth Vader, but clear enough to hold a conversation. I have not set up the half helmet yet.

Set up CarPlay by connecting your iPhone and your vehicle using your vehicle’s USB port or its wireless capability.

Start your car, then make sure Siri is on.

Note: After connecting to CarPlay on some electric vehicles, use the Maps app to identify the vehicle for EV routing. See Set up electric vehicle routing in Maps on iPhone.

On some vehicle models, CarPlay Home appears automatically when you connect iPhone.

If CarPlay Home doesn’t appear, select the CarPlay logo on your vehicle’s display.
