Default What's a good price for a "New '07 Road King?"

I've had it in my mind for a long time, that I want a Road King. I know where there are a couple new, left-over'07 Road King Classic's & the price has been dropping, but I wonder what would really be a good price for a bike that will be considered over a year old as soon as you take delivery?

It probably depends on what part of the country you live in,your local dealer(s),and how business has been. I doubt if one answer is really possible.

It's still a New Putt and if you can get it for less then MSRP you're doing good...

I just bought a 07 classic in Aug. and paid 17,500 plus tax for it. I think I got a good deal.

Buying at the end of model year can be a bargain. I have found the dealers in our area do not want to have it said that they sold anything less than MSRP but I bought a new 2006 Road King, one of the last two the local dealer had. On 10/6 paid MSRP for the Road King but dealer gave me afree 7 year extended warranty. One month later cancelled the extended warranty and got $2,000 back. Made the bike a decent deal.

I just bought a leftover 06' Road King Custom with 5 miles on it 2 months ago for $14,000. I really wanted a new street glide, but I thought the King was a steal, I couldn't pass it up.

That's a great price, IMO. For the money you saved, you could buy an aftermarket fairing, and have nearly the same look and feel of a street glide, IMO. I have a '05 rk custom, and I just love the thing!!
