I had a localpro Xpel dealerput this on my batwing last week and I highly recommend getting it done if youhate stone chips in your paint. This stuff is barly visible from just a few inches away and the only thing that gives away then is a couple of seemes.

Wouldn't be able to see it , just like adding another layer of clear coat except it is a clear film that doesn't chip like clear coat. Can't see it in person ,no way it would show in a pic.

ProFinish sells a 3M kit, a complete bike kit..Seems a bit high, but possibly not. What did you buy it for, just the batwing? Where did you purchase it and how much?

I've got a different product on my truck (Stealth Shield)... read reviews comparing 3M etc and went with that product but I tell you, it's damn good and I'll never again not have it on a vehicle. I am getting the fairing and fronts of my bags done this winter. It's not cheap but cheaper than a paint job for sure. You'll never see it in a pic... I have a hard time seeing it on my white truck.

I had just the batwing done since it is the most likely to be hit by sand and rocks, and it costed me $150 put on. I am not going to do the whole bike because I don't see the need but I am going to get my saddle bags done. BTW I would recommend having someone with experience with this stuffdo it. www.xpel.com and put in your zip code to find a local dealer/installer , they can cut just what you want with out having to buy a complete kit.

I'm glad someone finally posted a review of the Paint Protection Film.

Those of you who have it installed know the benefits of the film.

The most important thing to remember when searching for an installer is the experience level of the installer.

If they don't have at least 2-3 yrs experience...I wouldn't risk it. There's a lot to know and you only get that by experience.

Xpel leads the competition by providing outstanding training for those who are branded licensees.

Xpel.com put in your zip and that will lead you to an experienced installer.
