I've got 5500 miles , and use 6th anytime I'm on the freeway , with the IDS drive installed , I can cruise as low as 60 with no issues . As I'm running a 103 with 111 lbs ft no issues with acceleration either.

All the time. And ever since I added the IDS I shift into 6th at 60mph.

I stopped worrying about looking at the tach a long time ago and ride the bike by feel and sound. Sixth gear gets used as needed.

It's not a weed whacker so I don't run it like one.
