Sears Torque wrenches
After hearing on this forum about the sale on torque wrenches at Sears, I ordered 2. well that was 2 days ago and I just rec'd an Email that the order would be cancelled do to high demand for the items. Just does't seem right, why offer an item that can't be delivered? Very disappointed with Sears....

I wanted to buy from the store for that reason,but when I got there they were out so I ordered online havent gotten my email yet but am sure if you got yours mine is coming.It seems to me if they are showing at reg price then they have them and have to honor the sales price but that just my $.02

My e-mail says they are experiencing a delay in sending order confirmations due to the volume of orders received during the Thanksgiving. Please be assured we have received and are processing my order.

Mopar, Got that one first and then the cancelation notice..... I wrote Sears CS a "very dissatisfied customer" letter, we'll see what happens....
