How difficult is it to replace the rear shocks on my 99 rk? The previous owner lowered it and removed the adjustable ones, which is fine solo but 2 up it bottoms out a lot. I just paid the ship for replacing a throw out bearing, transmission rod and trans rebuild and am not anxious to have that conversation with my wife so soon.
Replacing shocks in easy work with a wheel caulk and jack. the main question is what shock you want will run your price. I have expensive taste.
Thanks. I do as well. I am researching now to determine the the best options but if its a simple install I prefer to do our myself. What recommenrations would you have for the widest range of comfort?

I am fan of Progressive 944. The ultra standard duty, but some like heavy.

WOW - lots of great mods. Does anyone have pix of the mod from several years ago whereby someone used hurricane strapping UNDERNEATH the leather saddle bag straps, added D-rings and some kind of combination locks? This was from around the 2008-2011 era I think. (kinda lost track) and pix no longer show.
Bedrock, I have had no success in removing scratches in chrome. Scratch removers, steel wool etc all help, but will leave their own scratches or will dull the chrome.
