Front end
Rebuild forks and add second dampner rod.
Replacetriple tree bearings
Replace caliber, rotors, and master cylinder with 08's
Fabricate fork brace to fit under fender
Motor and Transmission
Replaced lifters and flipper valves in heads
Ceramic coat the head pipes
Replace drive sprocket on trans
Rear end
Replaced swingarm bearings and in process of adding Delrin to stiffen it up
Replace caliber, rotor, and master cylinder with 08's
SS brake line
Rebuild Works shocks
Replace drive belt
After the first season with 155" had to make some lean clearance on the right side,redo the exhaust and lift the footboard.Make up a couple intermediate jets to finish dailing in the motor.Then wait out the winter.

Pillion will be added later.
4) Some chrome. To be determined later.
Heat Demons & ISO grips, IDS, shift linkage, and hopefully a chrome front end with embossed flame cow bells. I've got everything including the cow bells already. hopefully I can spring for the chrome lowers before rollout in the spring.
