Bluerose, Sorry to hear of your mishap. My '08 parts manual list the bottom of the tour pak as a bottom assy with sidelites, latches and hinges (primed). see hd-net for painted part numbers. So maybe you can get it but it may have to come as an assembly.
I almost dumped mine in a parking lot using the front brake coming to a stop at 2 mph and all the weight shifted forward and we almost went over if the Gf hadn't put her foot down it would have been over. A guy at work has talked me into using mostly rear brake all the time and to stay out of the front brake. You stopwith mostly the front brake and allthe weight shifts to the front. I want to get the ride like a pro dvd for additional tips.
Good luck on repairing you tour pak at least you were not hurt.

Don't let your husband touch it. Take it to a body shop to get the plastic repaired(welded)and painted. It will look new inside and out.
I worked in a plastics shop for awhile and they have the correct adhesives to do your tour pak . They are listed in the yellow pages and work with ABS on a regular basis ,once they have repaired it then go to body shop to match paint
