Default harleys Lifter block cover installation

I am wondering..when installing this kit from harley will there be any kind of oil leakage from removing the lifter block bolts to install the mounting brackets for the kit thanks

I dont think you have to remove any bolts but cant remember when I did mine 4 years ago.

Get your money back on those covers and buy yourself a set of chromed billet blocks!

no it wont leak any oil but you should use ball type allen wrench

should not be a problem but getting the screw in from the backside is a bi**h.

I agree, No Leaks, but they are a bitch to do. If you can get allenhead sockets in 1/4 inch drive, it would help. Turning that rear screw a c-nt hair at a time takes forever.

But they do look good aftre the fact though.

No, there is no leaking at all...............you are just pulling the bolt for the bracket and putting the bolt right in. No oil to be lost at all.
