I had one I used on my 91 Ultra for long trips. Very comfortable. It stops that burn that you get in your butt after riding long distance. The downside is that they don't do well in the rain.
Harley used to make a fitted sheepskin cover. I made mine out of a larger skin that I bought. All you need to do is turn you seat over on the skin and trace it about 2-3 inches wider than the top of your sean then sew some elastic straps across the nose, center and rear of the seat. Slide it on the seat and bolt it back on. You have to cut it very long (because of the dip in your seat) and then trim it after you put it on and have sit on it.
I'm sure you can find companies that make them for bikes if you do a google search.
I got one at Ikea store for $18.00, they only come in one color [natural] but it fitt perfect and works good when I throw dual seat on bike for trips. All I had to do is cut a slot in it for drivers seat back rest.
