Default RE: Labor Questions

cruise is standard only on the ultras.
anything older than 08 2hours is about right.
Seat comes off, left side cover, tank should be removed, right handlebar switches
if the switch is not already there; unless tech has small hands battery needs removed to bolt unit tobattery box.
Harness needs plugged in and if like mine two wires had to be swapped to match up in the mating plug sockets. Control cable needs routed and connected to throttle body.
Then everything needs to be reassembled, cruise needs initalized, and then verified it works correctly.

Chooch. Just the Ultras???? This must be a test.

The Road King Classic and the FLHRSE have both had cruise as standard equipment at least back to '07. The Ultras have had cruise back at least until 1999.

Ding ding ding...we have a winner.

To the best of my knowledge they have all had the cruise switch installed, but not the control unit. Same with my 06 EGC, 01EGC and 01 FLHRP.
Don't know about the screaming eagle. But then it is NOT a stock bike.
The actual cruise control is an added option.
Maybe some others will ring in on this and provide confirmation

I should have clarified my first post with the statement "to best of my knowledge."
I did so in second post.
I just called the dealer in Greeley, Co.
He confirms the RK CLASSIC does come standard, but the roadking does not.
See we all learn
