Wheel bearings
on a 2000 FLHT Standard the dealer wants $32.95 plus tax Times 2 for the
rear wheel bearings, These are sealed bearings. does anyone or has anyone
researched an alterntative to their stock bearing for these.

st john, send a message to maineultraclassic, He works at a bearing supply house and he probably can tell you the partnumber for the bearing, the dimensions, a better up grade if any and about how much they will cost. Just PM him

Your dealer is ripping you off big time. These are the 52mm with 3/4" axle. I have em' from All *****. The brand is KLM These are very good bearings. What I would do before installing any wheel bearings,is to pry up the seal and relube with quality grease.They are just crappy now days, need lube.
