Ok guys and girls I know these threads are a pain but.
I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust on my 07 Road King Custom. I will also be adding the Stage I air filter as well. At the time I have no other mods and will not be upgrading the engine either. This is about it for mods when it comes to performance. Maybe some year I will get a set of True Dual headers and that is about it. Following are the pipes I am looking at. I want something louder then stock but not annoyingly (if that is a word) loud. Can someone rank them in terms of loudness and also give me input on whatyou do like or do not like about them.
Vance & Hines Ovals
Screaming Eagle Performance Touring
Supertrapp SE
I see that when the Air Cleaner is added they will have change the fuel mixture on the bike. Is there anything else that will need to be done.
I would say, Screaming Eagle, Supertrapp, VH, quietest to loudest.
I'm getting my bike back tomorrow. I did the SE Pro Tuner, SE Air Cleaner and Supertrapp SE's. Be glad to let ya know how it sounds. Although sound it all relative but many people want more umph out of their mufflers, instead of loud, I'm one of them.
Do a search on these mufflers, you'll find many posts.

What he said...I like mine. Not too loud and will bark a little with a flick of the wrist. Got mine at Eastern Performance, fast delivery and had to sign for them. I liked that...
Thanks for the replies. Chuck if you got your bike back how did you like it? I also called fuelmoto just to see what there deal would be for the Supertrapps and their tuner. They said $699 for the pipes, caps, tuner and shipping. That doesn't seem to bad. I need to do some research on the tuner though.
You might want to consider the Rush pipes from fuelmoto as well. I have those and they rumble nicely without being obnoxious. I've never heard a V&H that wasn't loud.
I habe the v/h ovals screamin eagle air cleaner, fuel-pac.
Love the set up.
just added v/h dresser duals, and love it more.
Loud, but not annoying.
can still hear the stereo with helmet......

My dealer gave me a decent deal, with pick up and delivery, so I had them do it all.
