James at Zippers had me download a map for my bike that didn't look anything like my setup. Needless to say I was a little leery about running a map that didn't seem close, but I went for it and the bike feels like it wants to do wheelies! The throttle response couldn't be smoother, it idles like a sewing machine and seems to run cooler (and it's hot here today)! Can't wait to get some more "learning" time on her to see how much better it can get! This is just too much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!

From your earlier posts I thought you were going to dump it. Glad you stuck with it and got the results. In the end, what map did you use? Ron
Hey Ron, it was map #283. It really wasn't a match that I would have picked, but James must know his stuff. There's still some pinging when I hit it hard under load, but he said it will probably tune out with some miles, and if not to just make some small timing changes.
Cool. Two options with the ping. Slighty richer WOT afr or 1-2 off the timing. From what little I know of this, the autotune won't fix timing, but could fix the afr. I guess you'll find out eventually. Ron
