Default sell or keep

I have a lot of new 08 SG parts , front end covers, switch covers, handel bars, seat, grips pipes and a lot of little stuff I have not looked at yet. Should I keep these parts or sell them? Are these parts worth selling?
Thanks Bandit

keep the pipes in case they change noise laws by you. They did here in Denver.

If it were me I would sell as much as I can. Then use that money to buy more stuff. However I agree keep the stock pipes.

Sell them on E-bay as a bulk buy, this way you get rid of it all at one shot.

I too have an 08 SG and am starting to compile some stock parts. I am going to keep what can easily be swapped back out so in case I sell or trade the bike I can put the stock parts back on and sell the parts I bought. If you trade in your bike all that chrome and other nice stuff you bought for your bike won't get you any more money so you may as well take it off and sell it. But, selling your stock parts may help you buy more new stuff so I guess you could see it that way too.

You can always buy quiter slip-ons.. but if you sell the stock pipes, I doubt you will get much for them as almost everyone with a new 08 is in the same boat.. (new True Dual, or 2 into 1 exhaust.)

If you ever plan to trade it in, put the stock parts back on as much as possible, because you AIN'T getting any of that money back..!!

Providing you have the room to keep all that stuff.

Thanks ,
all the ideas are good. never thought about the noise of the pipes. If you know of anyone in need or looking let me know.
