I'm building a trailer to pull behind my bike. Are there any plug and playwirering set ups out there? What kind of set up did you guys use who pull trailers?

Thanks in advance for the help guys.

I used the one from JB Cycles connector # 300-077 and then the isolator harness # ZZ38116 allworks just fine you will also need what ever connector you are planning to use
IE one tail light or tailights and seperate turn signals

Good trailering to you

You can buy them at any Auto Parts store, However if your bike has an ECM, most late models do, Then as mentioned above you definitely want to go with one that Isolates that circuit from the bike to protect the electronics of the bike. I used Bushtec and it is easy to install. I also used their pig tail because I like their connection. Do not use the T connectors wire nuts or other off the shelf connectors, you are just asking for trouble down the line. Strip, Heat Shrink Solder and tape all connections. You will thank yourself in a couple of years when others are looking for electrical shorts and problems and you are out riding, enjoying a job well done.

Agreed, Charlie - do it right, or just don't do it!

I used the Drawtite powered isolator.
