Thats good to know, I've noticed mine does that a little when I wack the throttle open.

Where's this wonderful knock sensor that's suppose to stop pinging? Supposedly they aren't suppose to ping with ion sensing.

would you still need the download if you have a sert?

also, tyluene and xylene? I dont think they are compatible with catalytic converters or o2 sensors. there are products on the market that are compatible.

Advance the timing a couple of degrees. Into today's engines to meet EPA regulations one of the things done was to retard the timing which creates more heat (hence the heat issue) to help fully burn the fuel to reduce emissions.

Forget about additives. Run 91 octane, virtually anybody's. Suggest you get the HD free download, then install pipes, air cleaner and PCIII, sert, etc.,just some type of fuel management system. Only way to get rid of most of it. Been there.
