Default Bird Chirping

hello guys, I have a problem that is bugging the hell out of me when I cruise around 2100-2200 RPM I hear bird chirping eminating from the front portion of the bike. My bike is a Street Glide 2007 I checked the fairing and tightened what bolts I could find and it still does it could use a little help..

It could be coming from a dry dusty drive belt....clean and check tightness

Is the bike all stock? Does it do it at that RPM out of gear stopped? Aftermarket pipes and a/c? Are you sure it's from the front? Is it the muffler in the rubber clamp? When did you start noticing it, did you change anything right before? To help you,we need more info?

I know HD's are notoriuos for vibrating that was the reason I tightened all connections that I could find. the drive belt is good and yes it is stock except for Rinharts Tru-Duals and Power Commander and Arlen Ness Big MOuth and now just installed Chrome Thunderstars and IDS. The chirping was prior to the wheels and IDS.

Like posted above possibly drive belt, try shutting the bike off and walking it down the driveway or somewhere and see if you can hear that same sound, drive belts can chirp like that if they are too tight. Even coast down a hill in a quiet area being on the bike can make a difference.
I would grab the muffler (when it's not hot) and just see if the mufflers move in the rubber mount, tight or not, when the rubber wears there is play and it can squeak. Sound can travel under the back and reflect off the fairing making it sound up front.
Does the sound stop when you ride the front brake, could be pads?

The belt has been adjusted when I had the wheels and IDS installed and there is enough play on the belt drive, the rubber spacers are new as for the entire exhaust system. The brakes are good to go as well I coasted down hill an incline in Nuetral and nothing. I also walked the bike up and down the driveway seems it does it when cruising and reaching 2100 or 2200 on the tach. I do appreciate all the thoughts I will be looking alot more today when I get home this afternoon. If you have any more ideas please let me know
