1978 250 endro

I know this is off topic. But I have a chance to by a 250 endro. The deal has to be tomorrow. My question is whats it worth. It hasn't run in years, the carb is off the engine is loose. The fuel tank is rusty. The asking price is 350. Is this to much? Do the old amf bikes have any value? thanks.

I would not pay more than a doller per cc ($250). It is the last of the Italian bikes. I don't think is very valuble.

You can have a lot of fun with one of those.My friend had a 175 back in 1978,we used to beat the daylights out of it,it was street legal,never gave him any trouble.As far as value,Id be happy paying 250.Al depends on how beat up it is.Just point out all the problems when your chewing him down on the price.Good luck finding parts for it.

No more than $250, about the same price for a Yamaha 250. This isn't a collector's item.

As few others said it all depends on how beat up it is and how bad you want it??? I know if it was me I'd take a serious look at it. $350 dosent sound all that far out of line.
Imagine it all restored[sm=confused06.gif] That would be sweet.....................
