Default Blown Access Fuse

Electrical problems.
I have a 2005 Electraglide that keeps blowing the access 15amp fuse. This causes my speedo, tach, horn, turn signals, brake lights, and lighter to quit working. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what was it?
I had the dealership look at it for 4 hours friday. They said it was fixed. I went back Sat morning to show the wife a new bike, and as we left the parking lot, it happened again. Now the bike sits at the dealership (in Jacksonville, Florida), and I am back at home and work in Savannah Ga.
I would be greatfull for any and all insight. It seems its the O/W wire coming from the access fuse, and seems either tach or right hand control related.

What has been added to the bike since it was stock?

I would see if any other wiring was added to that circuit, causing too much ampereage draw on that curcuit.

Next, I would see if the mounting (screws, clamping, etc.) of anything else to the bike might have compromised the wiring of anything on that circuit.

If none of this is the case, then I would suspect that one of the items you mentioned has a short to ground when used, therefore popping the fuse.

If it's not one of the above issues, then you don't have a problem. Seriously.

Nothing has been added since it was stock in the way of electrcial items, other than the brake light kit to make the rear signals act ac brake lights.
Left it at the dealership, and got a call today. They say its fixed. They found a shorted wire from the factory harness under the failing shorting through along with another wire inside the same bundle.
Now, my problem is fighting with them on my extended service plan. They are acting as if its not covered by it. Needed to research the service plan.

I had a very similar occurence with my 02 King. I'm not saying that this is the issue with your bike, but it is worth noting. The rubbercoving around the wires coming out of my horn had become worn down from rubbing against the bike, and shorting out, causing the samefuse to blow as is blowing on your bike. I wrapped the wires with electrical tape, and the problem never resurfaced.
