Is there a particular order in tighting on slip-ons (main clamp vs. saddlebag bracket bolts to eliminate the binding condition that causes this motor vibration?

No not really. Just make sure the slip-ons have enough room to move freely before you tighten down the clamps.

Default Can someone explain

05 Ultra and put screamin eagle slip ons, have a vibe..Explain what exactly you mean here. I took old off, And put new on and tightened everything up. What should I be checking for and where. Should the slipons be pushed in as far as possible and then all clamps and so one done up or not all the way in or what are you saying please.

position the rear of the slip ons midway in the bracket..you will notice having the frt clamp loosened that they will slide forward and back a couple inchs...go for the middle then tighten up the frt clamp
