Default Windshield Noise

Well, tighten the windshield a bit to hard on the left side and the brass peice came out. What the best way to fix this problem.

I have heard that the dealer has a replacement that screws in place
of the brass barrel nut that came out.
I have had good results by putting a two part epoxyon the sides of the
nut and pressing it back in place and letting the epoxy cure...I used JB weld.
Justremember not to over torque the fasteners.
