Cam anyone buy a 120R for there Harley? I thought there was special criteria and its ment for off road racing?
They are indeed intended for racing, just as all Screamin' Eagle stuff is! There is a class for drag racing street dressers I understand, which the 120R is eligible for. By happy coincidence they make good touring engines......
I had mine retuned last summer. See signature below. Now most dynos that I see are in Standard. Mine converted to Standard would be, 106.57 / 103.95. correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it a 5% difference?
Just replaced my PC3 with a TTS master tune.
My bike ran good with the pc3, now it runs great! I'm not sure how these numbers compare with how it's supposed to be but I'm loving how she rides!
88", SE AC, VH TD's, CFR muffs, andrews 21n cams, TTS mastertune
HP 76.52 Torque 90.89
This years upgrade was to my 103 FLHX with Stg 1 A/C was to remove my V&H Big Shot duals and install D&D fat Cats 2:1 with a ghost pipe. Had the bike Dyno'd at Anaheim HD.
Previous V&H BSD - Max Hp =80.32, Max Tq=106.1
New D&D Fat Cat 2:1 - Max Hp=88.31, Max Tq=104.28
I know, I know, the torque dropped BUT...The torque curve is much more flat and pulls HARD from 2500 through 4500. I really need to hold on when shifting at 5500 now. The higher Hp really helps leave the cages behind.
As an added bonus the Fat Cats sounds great, they almost growl! The Fat Cats have a lower frequency than the BSD's and with my recently installed tweeter pods the radio is much easier to hear.

Had my '03 Ultra build tuned and dynoed by Chris Waddell of Cycle Solutions at the Louisiana State HOG rally last weekend. It's a 117" built by the Palmer Bros. of Hillside Machine in Munnsville, N.Y.
103 SE heads reworked by Hillside, Axtell cylinders and pistons(10.25 to 1), HPI 55mm tb, Woods TW408-6 cams, Supertrapp 2 into 1, Power Commander. Numbers were SAE smoothing 5.
Max H.P. = 133.25
Max Tq = 131.5
Chris "found" an extra ten horses and eleven lb./ft. from his baseline to the last run. Couldn't be happier......
I don't know how to up load my dyno sheets. But I have one from two weeks ago when I had V&H true duals and sampson slash cut slip ons on my 99 ultra w/ 97" big bore kit from revolution cycles max power 78.95 and tq. 91.36
Today I had it dynoed w/ SCS4 2 into 1 and the dyno sheets look almost the same
best out of 3 pulls was hp 78.93 and tq 85.77 I lost a little on the torque
If some one can explain how to up load the I'll up load both sheets

I am very surprised that the TQ dropped. The D&D shoud out perform the other pipe in HP and TQ, may it is a question of the baffle used in the D&D.
