I have a 2012 FKHTK with 1.75 rush mufflers.. The factory rep is advising me that I should put a super tuner, dyno, and stage 1 on the bike to bring the exhaust back into warranty compliance.. What do you all think ?

I think this thread is for posting dyno numbers. That's what I think. Try posting your question in a thread relative to dealership warranties.

The best improvements, in my book were the cams and Power-Duals.
It pulls very nicely and I got rid of a lot of heat.

2012 FLHR 103 with V&H fishtail slip ons, Fuel Moto air cleaner and Power Vision with Fuel Moto map. Had a couple runs the other day on a Dynojet 250i. Had the tuner retard the timing just enough to get rid of some excessive pinging. SAE smoothing : 5, I got 77.30 hp and 94.84 tq. Yes, me happy!

2011 Ultra Limited. Made a couple V-Tune runs and then then took it in to finish out (I figure I didn't know what the heck I was really doing!)

Figure it's about right for a stock motor:

2009 Ultra 96 with SE Stage I, PCV, stock head pipes and monster oval slip ons. 73HP/84TQ. Took trip to Fuel Moto last week. Still running stock headers and monster ovals. Went to 107 with level B heads and 555 cams. Custome tune by Fuel Moto. Now making 112HP/122TQ. Best money I've ever spent on bike.
