Just had my girl rebuilt 99 RKC EFI, broke her in and dinoed on Tuesday. Not sure about my curves and interesting on difference between tq and HP. Done at Yellowstone Harley Belgrade MT
I don't know enough about the soothing or adjustments. Belgrade is at 5000 ft above sea level. If someone would educate me I would appreciate it... thanks goldie
95 kit w/ 9.4 pistons and cyclinders
S&S 510 Gear drive
06 stock takeoff heads
.30 Cosmetic gaskets
Upgraded cam pate w/ hi out put pump

Goldie,
The smoothing is to make the line in your dynograph just that more smooth vs. jumpy. Typically like to see Smoothing set to 3 or 5 typically when you see it set lower its to gain a little bit out of the numbers because they are if you will spikey or jagged and the peaks are slightly higher vs avg'd.
I posted 3 examples for you to show you the same dynosheet the numbers change slightly depending on the smoothing, but the graph becomes easier to read and "cleaner" looking the higher the smoothing factor.
The correction factor seems to be in the hunt for 5000 ft elevation. 90hp / 106 torque should be a fun bike to ride.
The dynosheet you have seems like a fair assessment of the motor/cam build that you have, cant ask for more than that. Well you can, you just have to pay to play

It would have come up sooner but you give up a bit on the low end with the true duals.
A good 2 into 1 would help that low end.
The Power Duals are not true duals, they are a x type 2-1-2 and work very well. The cause of the late torque rise is the lack of back pressure caused by the very large baffle diameter of the V&H Hi Output mufflers. They sound great but are designed with a lot more motor in mind than what is here. No disrespect to the owner, I run 255's and Power duals myself....
Hey Guys here is my dyno sheet, When I rode it home from getting the tune done I noticed that it would go flat right around 3500-4000 rpms in 2 and 3rd. I have the auto tune but I wasnt happy with the tune so I brought it to a place that specializes in tuning it feels better but it didnt do that before I had them adjust it.. is there anything I can do to make it better.. thanks

S&S 106
woods 555
S&S intake
power vision
auto tune pro
Freedom performance true duals (outlaws)
V&H throttle pack
Why the Throttle Pack when you have a flash tuner ( Power Vision)? The torque dip is most likely because of the true duals and the large baffle diameter of the Outlaw mufflers. I believe I would lose the throttle pack and then give the PV/auto tune combo some time to smooth things out. That beast must sound awesome!

Spot on assessment Unbalanced......those numbers and graph look great especially with that compression ratio and altitude. Job well done in my book.....I'll bet it hauls!

FWIW,
Doc1 did a test with those specific mufflers he covered half of the muffler opening with a 2 x 4 and the bike that it was on was a 110 gained I believe it was 10 torque just by closing off that muffler. Does sound good i have a pair of them here at the house too.

stogieluvr60, the throttle pack isnt a tuner it just gets rid of the lag when you twist the throttle..yeah it really does sound great, real deep love it
Just had the tune on mine checked when it went in for it's 15k. I'm suspecting a generic canned tune was loaded with the D&D exhaust when the previous owner had it. Shop says they can tweak it as it's running a little lean at cruising speed. I don't know a whole lot about this stuff yet so I figured I'd post up the results here. Max power is 90.10 and torque is 110.69
