One thing I do know is my bike runs 100% better after the changes.
My 2014 is going for Dyno Thursday - I also have S&S head pipes with their race tourer mufflers, their teardrop A/C, and the HD SERT. What mufflers are you running? 89 HP sounds amazing for just those changes - hope mine will pull that.
Thanks for posting your results. I've been debating about whether or not to get a decat'ed header (for reduced heat), but was hesitant based on some of the posts about post-decat cross-talk (which doesn't make sense to me since the sensors are before the cat material, meaning the cross-talk would be there with or without the cat).
Since I like the looks and ground clearance of the stock headpipe setup, the other option I'm considering is the FullSac Sportpipe. Does anyone have results comparing the two?
I ride with 2 guys with decat'd bikes both are Rd glides a 11 and a 13 these bikes run fine for the last year with the mod done the 11 has had about 15,xxx miles since the mod and of course a lot less heat...jus saying

Stock mufflers. Sound better with the new headers but still quiet.
Finally officially joined forum 2009 SG - 96" motor, 0.030 Cometic head gaskets, SE 204 cams, SE air cleaner, Cobra power port head pipes, Rinehart slip ons, SE Supertuner Dynotuned at 92hp/106ftlbs. Pretty happy with performance. Did all work myself and ran decent with me tuning it but quite a bit better after professionall tuned. Well worth the money.
What I have and my numbers are in my sig. Ran with canned map from FM for about a year on the Jackpots, A/C and PV. Last week I took the bike to FM for the cams, head pipe and dyno. I'm very happy with the results.

Those are great numbers for a 103"....for a 96"....spectacular! So much so I/we would love to see the dyno sheet complete with the AFR graph at the bottom.....if at all possible. Regardless.....congrats on achieving a major improvement and a load of smiles on your part on every ride!
