This is a 2013 FLHTCUI that we added a set of SE255 cams and changed his gearing (30 tooth pulley & 139T belt)
before & after.

My 2020 SG special is currently in the shop getting a 114 to 131 stage IV build. Woods M8-77X cam, Rush Racing 2-2 with Big Louie tails with half each baffle cut off. It’ll be finished in a few days and I should get the dyno numbers from the tune sheet. If anyone is interested I’ll try and post them once I return from space 😂😂😂

Default 124 Fuel Moto buildHere’s what I got in the engine build……2017 SG 107 ..Put in a FM 124 kit with a 22xe cam,adjustable pushrods ,Dyno jet vision-tuner,S&S 55 manifold with a Jack Pot RTX Riot 2/1 exhaust,.5.5 injectors.No head work done.Had her on the dyno got these numbers 122 HP 142 Torque .Bought all the parts from Fuel Moto hard to beat their customer service.I have not had her on the road yet waiting for one more rain to wash the last of the salt off the Michigan roads.

Guess I’ll be looking into 2-1 pipes now. 131 with Woods 77x cam and Rush Racing 2-2 pipes.

S&S cam plate and oil pump (Fuel Moto)

SE 64mm intake manifold (stock 55mm throttle body as the SE was on back order at time of tune)

Did you use a Goodyear Falcon or Gates drive belt for a 139t? Heard too many horror stories of breakage, but thought of going that route instead of the swing arm mod.

Gates belts are available through Drag branded BDL. I have had great luck with them. The S&S belts are my first pick, but sizes are limited. The Drag brand belts are Goodyear Falcon SPC and I do not recommend them. Belt's are such a PIA to replace it's not worth saving a few bucks.
If you have a band saw, and a guide, you can buy the S&S 1.125 x 139 belt and trim the edge .120".
