So, the shop called me today. The #’s were 90 rwhp, and 95 rwtq. I haven’t been to the shop yet, but I believe it’s conservative tune wise.

Just got my hodge podge of parts106 mouse motor that I built up over the winter on the Dyno.
Its a 106 with stage 4 ported heads 1.9 valves, Tman 590ps2 cams, stock 46mm throttle body ported to 50mm, Screaming Eagle cam plate and oil pump, S&S lifters and adjustable pushrods, 106 flat top pistons, I decked the heads to achieve10.8-1, Darkhorse trued welded and balance the crank, Frank Dragos Dragula 2-1 with the 2.55 baffle, and topped off with the Arlen Ness inverted air filter assembly.

I'm pretty happy with the results, looks like its running a little lean according to the sniffer tube, but it was tuned with the Thundermax with wide band O2 sensors.
Ive got a clutch slippage problem from 2500-4000 rpm that I need to take care of but really happy with the way it runs.

I had my ol Twinkie on the dyno last week, TTS Mastertune by Lonewolf Performance. I previously had a FP3 on there and all those things do is dump a lot of gas, this new tune was 20-25% less gas through every cell; I now have compression upon releasing the throttle again.

S&S 585G EZ Start cams
S&S cam plate, oil pump, push rods, tappets
Trask Air Assault
RB Racing Spyder 2:1 exhaust
Stock injectors and intake
Pulled 104hp and 109tq - good enough for this cruiser.

2013 FLHTK 103" Stage IV...V&H Pro Pipe. I really like the strong, steady torque line...pulls like a freight train...

I guess based on my dyno numbers that I should be real happy with what mines putting down. I've never used this guy before so I don't know if his dyno give high charts or not.... at the end of the day the numbers don't matter, what really matters is I'm happy as hell with the way it rides and the power that I feel compared to my old 96"

Default Carbed 124 Dyno Results

ust got the dyno results back.
2002 Case bored
s&s 4-5/8 crank welded, balanced
s&s superstock 89cc heads ported
woods tw9bg
solid lifters
super g carb with oversized filter
ported manifold with YOST Performance spacer
FAB28 2-1 exhaust 1-3/4 to 2" primaries with 2-1/4 merge collector and muffler
125hp/147tq
If you look at the chart you can see where the exhaust is choking the motor. Right around 4300 rpm. FAB28 is hooking me up with a 2.5" merge collector and muffler. We are also pulling out the solid lifters and replacing them with hydraulic. Should push the hp in the 140-150 range. We are also going to try a Boarzilla exhaust and see how the numbers improve. Should be fun to ride until we upgrade the exhaust. Tons of torque.
