This winter I'm planning to update the power on my '05 Ultra. Right now it is Stage 1 only. What do you think of this Bill of Materials?:

1. 16546-99 3.875" Cylinder Kit 95 ci
2. 16925-02B CNC Cylinder Head Kit
3. 1800-0670 BUB7 True Duals
4. 18400-03 Perfect Fit Pushrods
5. 22439-00A SE HTCC Piston Kit 95 ci
6. 25155-00 SE 257 Cam Kit
7. 32107-01H EFI Race Tuner Kit
8. 32076-04 Compression Release Kit

This should give me about 105 HP.

STEVE! WHAT WOULD YOU DO DIFFERENT?

I just got the dyno tune done on my new 95" build. I love the way this bike pulls now!! I stressed to the tuner that I was more interested in the torque than the the HP... I got 88.9HP and 102 TQ The torgue hits 100 at 2700 RPM, stays around 100 untill 4000 RPM, and stays above 90 utill after 5000 RPM.

97.71 ft-lb, 84.43 hp

The tuner liked the way the AMS heads flowed. He also told me my clutch was slipping, so I may have some more power hidden. He suggested I readjust the clutch at the primary and see if the slippage persists. If it does he suggests Iget new friction plates and come back for a power pull.

AMS 96" BB Cylinder and Piston kit
AMS Ported Cylinder Heads
Cometic 0.040 head gasket
AMS Lifters
Andrews 26G cams
Bassani Tru-Duals
Rush mufflers (2.5" baffles
PCIII USB

Nick told me that he enlarged the exhaust ports and milled .030 off the head and installed a .040 head gasket. The build really felt good, nice and strong, but when he tuned it ( 3 hours) it really came alive.

Hi All! For Christmas I got a full blown Big Bore Kit for my '05 Ultra. It is supposed to have the best of the best. It is in right now at Century Harley in Medina, OH. Should have it back about Jan 4th. Should be above 100 HP & 100 TQ. Will keep up the posts. My wife knows how to shop at Christmas at the Harley Dealer!!!

Good for you! It sounds like you really have a great girl there! That is pretty cool, and I bet it will run great!

I'm still torn between going with theFuelMoto customset up, or go with the D&D Fatcat, SERT, SEAC setup. There's about about a $600 difference that I don't know if I can swing right now.

I would love to see some numbers from anyone running a D&D Fatcat, SERT, SEAC setupin the lower regions of the US. I'm in Phx, AZ. I already have a very good idea of the numbers I'll get out of the FM pkg. I will probably not be able to afford any further mods for a while, so this will need to tide me over for a bit.
