Just dropped off the RK tonight so the HD Dealer can DYNO the bike and load a custom tune. 1600 miles on the bike now. Hoping for some good numbers. I'll post the results as well as the build list after I get the results.

This is for information only about Fuel Moto, and Cycle Solutions. I bought a new 2007 ultra classic about a year and a half ago. I contacted Fuel Moto because of the heating problem I was having. Jamie sold me a power commander, Supertrapp muffler and K&N air cleaner. It did stop my heating problem and my bike was running okay. This past weekend I was at a motorcycle rally in Ruidoso New Mexico. Cycle Solutions was there doing dinos. I asked if they could check my motor on the Dino and set the mapping program up. He informed me that he could not Dino my bike because the Supertrapp muffler did not go all the way through, he could not insert the probe through the muffler. And he informed me that the K&N air cleaner was probably defective. He told me that they have quit production on it, because the rubber gasket could be sucked in the carburetor and lock your throttle wide open. He pulled the cover off my air cleaner, and sure enough the gasket was almost completely lose. To make a long story short I spent a ton of money on a new set of Reinhart mufflers and a new air cleaner. When he finished the Dino here are the results. Before maximum horsepower 65.01 Max torque 81.68, after the Dino maximum horsepower 75.39 maximum torque 88.61. If anyone is interested in a set of Supertrapp mufflers, and a K&N air cleane at a good price let me know.

Default '07 FLHTCU Dyno Numbers

I have a ’07 FLHTCU with the 103ci Stage II Big Bore Kit, EFI Race Tuner, and Reinhart true duals w/quiet baffles. I was wondering if anyone out there had something similar and what their numbers looked like.
I noticed the true duals really helped on the low end torque when cruising around town, but it doesn't wind up quiet as fast through 3rd, 4th, & 5th gears.

78 hp 85 tq
Might be low compared to most, but I love it. Plus it seems to have kept fuel mileage around the same if you can manage to drive normal or take a trip.........I can't with all that sound and power it is just not possible for me to enjoy it a little and grab a handfull of throttle every couple of stops.

2008 Ultra Classic, SE air cleaner, SE Race Tuner, Vance and Hines True Duals w/ Vance and Hines Ovals.
This is from the printout after dyno tuning:
Torque - 86.27
HP - 71.72

Note - The Race Tuner gives the dyno guy great flexibility. I asked for it to be set up for two-up touring with good gas mileage. Haven't done any long rides two up, but am consistently getting 50+ mpg (Canadian) solo when the cruise is set at 100 kph (60 mph) in fifth gear.
