Interested in your numbers. I am at the 100+ on mine I think with the same approximate build. Carbed with larger jet and compared to stock that is what it feels like. My buddy with the same build in a RK, with the pistons done, Wisco I think?, outruns me but not by much. His was dynoed at 113. Surprised him but could be his riding. I will have to get mine done once I redo the motor mount and put in a stabilizer and new brakes. Too much road wookie. I've tightened up the mount twice but it isn't holding. Seems to shake loose.

Interesting post thanks.

if i remember it correctly, ( i have my records in another house ) , my 0 street glide 96 cu in motor,

went from stock up 7 hp

and the torque went up to 93.

did the powwr commander ,actually to get a cooler running engine

did the rb black hole exhaust but here the gain was minimal

actually , i would have kept it all stock because the gains for the $'s spent are not significant. and with only the addition of the power commander to keep the engine cool running was sufficient.

I'll be back tonite when this Forum speeds up (hopefully), really slow now.
Gotta get the scanner up too. I have a dyno sheet Baseline for my stock 2007 RoadGlide.
And one for after my mods. A FatCat D & D 2 into one, S/E aircleaner with a k& N filter.
A PC III usb mapped by FuelMoto for these changes. Off to werk...

Default Stock vs. upgrades with Dyno run charts

2007 Roadglide stock max hp-65.4 max torque-82.0 (ft-lbs)

added; D & D 'FatCat' 2 into 1 with quiet baffle, S/E aircleaner with a K & N filter, PC III usb mapped for these changes.
max hp-73.9 max torque-86.4 (ft-lbs)

A very noticable increase of 8.5 hp & 4.4 (ft-lbs) of torque and it sounds great! I want more!

Stock 96" engine.
True Duals (fulsac on one side/samson on the other, cause samson sucks)
B&E 2" Mufflers
Ness Big Sucker AC
Before = 64 HP - 94 ft. Lbs. torque
After Tune = 70 HP - 101 ft. lbs. torque
Got it done last night at the Dyno Difference in Richardson, TX
No flat spots anymore and it does sound different.
Im happy with the way it moves all the way through the power curve at every gear.

After the 107 cylinder heads, 2.20 intake/1.7 exhaust valves. Redshift 657 Cams, Bassani True Duals:

95.26HP
107.65 Torque

Was expecting 115-120 HP. We think it needs more fuel to get there, so I just ordered a new SE Throttle Body and Hi Flow injectors. Will install and Dyno again this week.
