I have the same issues on my 06 Ultra I run V&H ovals, V&H fuel pac, increased air flow filter. I have tried to fix it by reprograming, no help. Make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks this will cause it big time. I am bringing mine up to a 95 right after Laconia Bike week so I haven't tried any furter investigation.

Good luck!

I recently changed slip-ons from V&H to a quieter muffler and although mine is not injected, it required a serious jetting change. This was on a 95" hi-comp (10.5:1) engine. It also required an ignition change. Depending on the difference in back pressure on the different mufflers, you may likely find yourself needing an ECM re-programming.

You can put the stock mufflers back on the bike but it isn't a good idea. Take a look in the left side muffler and you will see why. Each mufflers flows differently so you will have some serious tuning problems if you try it.
