Hey everyone. Just picked up my bike at the dealer and they put the new injectors in for me. The bike ran fine before and I haven't had any problems as experienced by others here. The experience at the dealer was very good. I first brought the bike in and they verified if I had the injectors in question and they ordered the new ones They called me in a matter of three days and scheduled the service. Ok here is what you really want to know. Now the bike seems to run smoother with a noticable improvement in throttle response. Thats it. I'll let you know about the fuel mileage later. I agree if your going to get a sert or PCIII this probably doestn't matter but I feel better about having this done before I start my MODS. Could someone tell what the CVO stands for on the new injectors? Sorry about starting a new thread but I know I was following this issue very closely. Hope this helps.
I'm glad to hear you got the 25* injectors, mine are on order. I like your description of improved throttle response & running smoother. That is what I'm hoping for.

I have a SERT and even after they tweaked it again I still have the cold start problem although the bike runs better. My injectors are at the dealer now and I am scheduled to have them put in Monday morning. Should work great after that.
Yea Cheyenne I agree. If the MOCO is changing the production line its for a reason. As stated earlier I feel better about getting the stock injectors replaced before doing my Mods. There always seem to be problems with any new production runs and this forum has been really helpful in identifying them. That said I am still very satisfied with my buying experience and the Street Glide, and the service thus far. Thumbs up to Harley Davidson and this Forum. To those of you experiencing problems hang in there and with your Warranty and a little help from your friends you'll be fine. Enjoy your AMERICAN MOTORCYCLE and take pride in ownership.
