Can I lower my electra glide and if so how do I go about it ? It is about 2 inches too high for me and this makes it hard to balance when coming to a stop .Do I need a kit ? and what would be the estimated cost ?
I had a 94 RK and lowered it using a White Bros kit, down about 1.5 inches, worked great. I believe the frame was changed at some point, so I'm not sure what kits fit what years.

Try to stick to cutting down seat as much as you can before going after suspension. \\; With the suspension you need to do front and rear to keep the balance correct. \\; The seat is also cheaper to cut than the suspension parts and labor.
