Default I want to install
I want to install a H.D. oil temp. guage replacing my air temp. guage. When I read the info. in the Harley wish book it says it will not work with the chrome bezels. I have the chrome stick on bezels and don't want an oil temp. guage that does'nt match. Wven the dealer can't tell me. Has anyone installed an H.D. oil temp. guage with the add on chrome bezel?

iIf your *** is hot your up to operating temp. If its not your just getting warmed up.

When you order one, be sure it is the same face design as the rest of your guages, i.e. black, silver or white etc.

I had the dealer open an oil temperture guage and a chrome bezel package and try them today. The bezel will not fit on the oil temp. guage. The oil temp. is slightly larger than the other H.D. guage faces. Just enough that the guage will not fit into the bezel trim. Maybe it can be forced but that's what would have to be done.

hi you could&nbsp\\;mount it in a bracket of the head then it wouldn't matter if it&nbsp\\;has the chrome trim ring just a thought
