Anyone know the height for stock Roadking windshield&nbsp\\;measured from the top of the headlight cut out to the top of the shield?&nbsp\\; I think it's 20" but can't seem to find any information on that topic.&nbsp\\; I am getting ready to buy&nbsp\\;an 05 Roadking that the previous owner&nbsp\\;had put a short shield on.&nbsp\\; I want to replace it with a stock height one but doesn't want to buy it from HD.&nbsp\\; Any help would be appreciated.&nbsp\\;

I have a 2008 Road king, the dimension is 20"

 

yES AND iT is 27.25 or so top to bottom

 

A stock one could be too high or too low, depending how tall you are. As a suggestion the top of it should be about nose high when normally seated.

 

Try the Clearview that is a couple inches shorter than stock with a recurve.&nbsp\\; Same protection as stock, much higher quality, and looks nicer.&nbsp\\; Super guy to deal with too.&nbsp\\; I have Clearview shields on my RKC and EGC.

 

I was surprised at how great the 17" Clearview Recurve is at highway speeds, it's just awesome.

 

+1 on clearview shields with recurve.&nbsp\\; Stock is 19.5" from top of light to top of shield.&nbsp\\; I bought one and it was too low so I had to go back and buy the 22" and it is still a little low for me.&nbsp\\; 6'4" tall
