Not so good so far! But they finally picked up my bike after I called and talked to the GM, apparently the service manager decided to leave early and not tell the guy to pick up the bike even though I called and reminded him. @sshole!!! The good news is that the GM said he will follow this through himself and report back to me personally....we will see!

Pretty cool lift though!

I would have removed the primary chain tensioner inspection cover and tried to fish out the nut that way. They did not remove the nut. I am almost 100% sure that after the clutch adjustment, the tech forget to snug the lock nut back down tight enough, and it just backed off and fell in. I think if the lock not was removed the clutch would have gained so much extra free-play so fast that you would have only gotten a mile or two before you noticed the play in the lever?????

In any case, I would try the inspection cover route first....if its a no go with a magnet through there, pull the whole primary cover off and you will get it.

I just wouldn't let them monkeys touch my bike EVER again.....even for free or if they payed me!

I decided to have them do the work since they fu(ked it up, that way if there is any other damage its on them. I did tell the GM that when they pull off the primary cover I want to come down and look at it myself.

Man you got that right, I think after my last conversation with the GM he got that idea too. We will see what happens next.

Bad **** after bad **** after bad ****...it just keeps going, They got the nut out, and broke one of my passenger adjustable foot pegs in the process...WTF...I know **** happens but come on, enough is enough.
I had a long talk with the owner and he got almost as pissed as I was. He checked into it for me and then he had a long talk with the GM. It may have been all for show, but it made me feel better just the same.
As soon as they install the last part they broke I am done with the service department, providing they don't fu(k anything else up in the process.
