'09 model comments?

Everyone I've talked to loved them. Haven't hear one negative thing, except personal taste on the wheels. I think they'd look great chromed, and that's exactly what I'll do when I get mine.

It's kinda weird. The 09 I test rode shook more at idle than my 03 does. The saddle bag guard dug into my wife's calf, where the guard on the 03 does not. The 09 sits higher, as we all know. Mrs. spiz was just more comfortable on the 03; don't know exactly why. The 09 does have a better set of tunes. I liked that a lot but not enough to shell out the additional cash.

No argument. the 09s are very nice bikes. I might get one in 2011 or 2012, or, I will get a new bike for the 110th anniversary in 2013.

I haven't ridden an 09 yet but if the shake is significantly reduced then I have probably bought my last new Harley Touring bike. I have an 08 and I like the 6 gallon, brembos, and the feel of the bike at idle. I wish I had a throttle and idle cable instead of the TBW.
